This Privacy Policy explains how Michelle Dulieu Photography uses and protects the personal information collected about you.

Why do we hold your personal data?  We hold your personal data to provide business services or for marketing purposes.  Only data that is required to communicate with you, or to provide photography services, will be collected.

What information is collected?  Contact and shoot information of you and those involved in a shoot (if required) will be collected.  This includes Name, Email address, Telephone Number, Address, and Venue Address.

How is personal data collected?  Personal data is collected when you contact us, register with us, or make a booking, and will be collected via email, telephone, in a contract, a booking form, a model release, if you take part in a competition, provide feedback, or complete a customer survey.

Who do we share your data with.  Your personal communication data is held securely, and never shared outside Michelle Dulieu Photography, unless required to process your order.  Images from a photo shoot are seen as personal data, but will only be shared externally for marketing purposes if your approval is received.  Client galleries are hosted by Zenfolio, and there privacy policy can be accessed here Zenfolio Privacy Policy.

How to access or correct your data.  You have a right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, and we want to ensure your data is correct.  If you would like to get in touch regarding your personal data, our contact details are below.

Cookies.   Cookies are small pieces of data on your computer or mobile device.  They are used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.  You can set your browser not to accept cookies; however this may lead to some of our website features not functioning properly as a result.
