Before an event shoot we will have discussed the detail of your event, any specific preferences and requirements, and those important 'must get' images.
My standard approach is to shoot to shoot the story of an event, along with posed images as required. For example, 'reportage' style images capturing people arriving, posed family or business groups, and activity as it occurs, such as presentations, speeches, etc.
